I didn’t receive a verification or password reset email. What should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folders, add no-reply@shopify.com to your safe senders list, and request another verification email. If you still don’t receive it, contact us!

How do I apply a discount code?

At checkout, enter your promo code in the “Discount code or gift card” box and click Apply. Quantity discounts are automatically applied when eligible.

I received a different price in a quote than what I see online. Why?

Most products have quantity discounts. Prices vary based on quantities ordered.
